It held enough for the five day trip and was an easy carry on. It is light weight and paperwork and can be stored in the front pocket. No issues with the zippers and it made it through the city of Seattle pulling it along a few blocks. The cons out weigh the benefits though. The bag is not reenforced on the wheel side so it did develop a hole. I was careful with it and it still happened. My husband had the same bag in black and his needed to be thrown out at the end. He also had issues keeping it steady while walking and it kept flipping over and he would end up dragging it. I wouldn't buy this brand again. I liked the bright pink color as it made my bag easy to see but I am just disappointed with the quality and weight of the material used.
