             Ragi (finger millet), red rice, wheat, barley, sweet corn, sorghum, navane, same, oodalu, koralu, harka, baragu, rajgira, methi (fenugreek), sooji, vegetable oil, salt & vegetable oil

             Take 1 measure of Multi Millet Dosa Mix and add 1 measure water and mix well. Add 1/2 measure thick curd and mix into smooth batter.
Heat a well seasoned griddle or non-stick pan medium to high. Then smear oil on the surface of the pan.
Spread 1 ladle of batter and spread it out thin. Drizzle a teaspoon on oil at the edges of the dosa
Fry until golden brown. Serve hot.
