    Unsightly stains ingrained in product

I use these boxes for takeaway food, I have bought 2 lots from this supplier, unfortunately there are ground in stains on a quarter of each lot, on the first order I thought it was a one off and didn't contact the seller, however when the second lot come the same I contacted the seller as it looks like a mechanical fault, but have not had a reply, it would cost me to return them without any guarantee of refund or replacement so the product itself does the job intended, customer service could be better.

I like the boxes! But only 50 were delivered  although it clearly says 200 which is what I was expecting. It was truly difficult to get through to Amazon to explain and get this remedied... However I think it is now going to happen.  At which point I'll be very pleased with them...
