Mine came to me a complete mess! I thought it would die but after giving it lots of TLC it has revived. It’s putting on new growth and looks better. My plant that arrived was in spectacular condition, but the gift one that arrived for my mother was not of the same quality. She didn’t know better, as she’s not familiar with the plant. By the time I saw it, it was out of the 30 day return/exchange window. I would actually be hesitant to buy this again, mostly as a present. She was unimpressed, and I am disappointed by the second one.
