They have sturdy hinged side pieces that have a “wood grain” appearance, and the hinges are not loose at all—a real plus. One pair has a brown facing, and one pair has a black facing. The third and fourth pair are sort of throw backs to 1980s New Wave music—as one is turquoise and the other a lemon yellow color. We like all four pair, particularly as the lenses have not smudged up or gotten scratched. Each pair comes with a soft case to protect them.
