Although I don't like a deep bass output I still like to have a richness to the base and while I found these ear buds great for listening to spoken podcasts the deep trance music I listen to daily sounded less immersive than with previous headphones or earbuds.After saying that the sound quality is still really good and the price is excellent so everything else is 5 stars, hence the overall 5 star rating. Unless you are a sound quality snob like me you'll likely be blown away by the performance.Even 5 years ago to have truly wireless earbuds would have cost a fortune and been nowhere near the quality of these.We're really living in a golden age for sound immersion and I have no hesitation recommending these to anyone.Certainly way better than the awful hang-in-ear white sound-bleeding nightmares the Apple corporation charge a fortune for....Oh, these ones have a cool illuminated three red dot pattern on them while charging which reminds me of the Predator laser sight too, not that it has any relevance to performance it just looks cool.Groovy. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awesome value for money! *by W***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 7 December 2019* Superb earbuds! Well balanced sound overall, perfect for recreational listening to music, watching videos on the move. I'm a musician so very picky when it comes to headphones. These buds won't deliver a great deal of bass. However they're in your ear canal so the bass does come through without much effort. Great isolation from surroundings too.They are super small and lightweight. I could have them on for 2 hours+ no issues. I'm impressed by how they work independently as well as a pair. Battery seems to last well. I've had them for less than a week. Will update later on reliability. I bought them coz the reviews were so good, but now I wonder how they got so many good reviews. I followed all the instructions - I charged them, and took them out of the charging box, let them pair together till light flashes blue and red in one earbud, then select i9 in my iPhone. But it doesn't work. Most of the time the sound comes from only 1 earbud, the sound keeps breaking, or alternating between the earbuds. I have tried this like 20 times already and not even had 1 minute of proper sound from both earbuds.No response from their customer service either. I wrote this on an email 3 days ago to the company as per their suggested procedure, and no reply. Not even a holding response.
