They are worth the money. **Q: Question:Will these work in a reptile enclosure?** A: I'm guessing they'd work great, assuming no direct exposure to a water dish or source. They are highly sensitive and tiny. I am so pleased with the ones I bought last month. **Q: Can I calibrate hydro meter?** A: There are no controls on this meter, nor input ports. However, out of 8 of them, only one seems a degree off. It is however, predictable for that reason. One thing to note: the meters themselves are not airtight, so containers which have the meter inset into the lids (like mason jar lids with holes for meters) will lose humidity. They are best when enclosed within the container to be measured. I place them right into mason jars to monitor the humidity of organic tobacco.
