The spout on top makes the product come out foamy. My dogs will lap it up out of my hand if I squirt it into my hands. This seems to work well to address DOG BREATH as we call our pets sometimes unpleasant breath. Yes when I sit on the floor with my dogs they get in my face and depending on what they have been doing their breath can be pretty bad.The directions say spray foam directly in dogs mouth, that doesn't work for us at all. They resist that quite a bit and end up spreading it around the area you are attempting to work with them in.
