They make the vivid highlights on the solid black of the shoes. Should be best to go with black jeans imo. They are light weight too. The material is in high quality. It's hard to find shoes for myself since I am between a size 8 and 8.5 but the size 8.5 fit me really well. They are just a tad bit big but I like that they're a little roomy. The material is really nice and does not feel cheap. I think it will hold up for a while. Surprisingly the mesh material is a lot thicker than I thought it would be, making it very comfortable like a thick sock. Style wise since they're all black they match with everything and the leather is a nice touch to give me some contrast. Only one thing is a bit odd to me, the tongue is on the outside instead of the inside of the shoe. When I first saw it I was confused but it doesn't affect the way that the shoes feel or anything.
