I got the teal. It is a really nice padded sports bra (looks GREAT in that area), but because it comes down lower in the front, like a crop top, you will want to order a size up since it hugs your abdomen a bit. It holds in the “extra” but, it may be a little on the tighter side for you personally. I am a 34B and ordered the medium but, seeing as how the band is tighter, for that alone I would order up. If I was a bit smaller as I should be, though, it would probably be fine. The support cups are full sized so you don't get that weird shape of a partial cup showing through. I am 5'6" and 180# 38 DDD so I knew that I was pushing past the limits of the X-LG. The cups actually stretched enough to accommodate but the bottom did roll up with movement. Again, this is due to my size, not an issue with the garment.
