This is my 3rd robot vacuum..an early big name, then another less expensive brand,and now this. I love them and have them run daily (4 kids, 4 pets). But the "smart cleaning pattern" on this seemed anything but smart. It will go back and forth in the middle or around the edges, but not both. It also pretty much stayed in one room, and if it happened to find its way into another room, it seemed to get confused. I have not been able to get it to clean the whole downstairs, and my last one did that every time. Also, it is really unclear how/what to order as replacement filters, and I find that given the heavy use, we need to do that every 2 weeks on other models.The Alexa interface was nice, and the manual walked you thru set up, step by step. But you have to say Alexa, TURN ON robot...if you say "start robot" she will say she doesn't know that one. Just a current limitation...not a big deal.In all fairness, I do have a large house with several rooms downstairs...so I am asking a lot of a robot vac, but my last one had managed just fine. It usually took it about 2 hours. This one stops and goes back to recharge after about 30 min...leaving most rooms untouched. So maybe if you have a fairly straight forward area you want swept, this would be good. But I am returning it...just didn't work at all for me.

The media could not be loaded.  I always wanted a vacuum robot, the rating on this one is 5 stars and it had $10 coupon so I decided to give it a try. This little thing surprised me by going over my carpet, kitchen rug, and under many chairs and still made its way back to the charging station. However, be awarded that this little robot actually speak (pretty loud) when you first turn it on. You can either use the remote control that comes with it or you can download the smart app to control it. I use the smart app to schedule cleaning while I was at work. The cleaning process is easy and the robot is pretty quiet. Overall experience is good. I will update in 2 weeks if anything changes.

This is my first automated vacuum. I was waiting for a price below $200. I relied on Amazon reviews to choose this one. I’ve had it 2 weeks and am happy with how efficient it is. Two surprising things: 1) how much pollen it picks up. 2) How pleasant the white noise of the vacuum. I live in the South, and it’s spring, and pollen is everywhere, even indoors. The vacuum’s dual filters work so well that even the air smells noticeably cleaner after using the vacuum. I have to clean the filter after every use, it picks up so much dust and pollen. At first, I tried to empty the cute dust box by putting on a quarantine mask and dumping contents into a plastic bag. Now, I simply take the container outside away from the house and dump out the contents on the ground. The brush that comes with the vacuum is handy to clean out the box and filter, but tapping them gently against a hard surface works, too. It takes awhile to totally clean the bin. I don’t mind; the vacuum is doing 98% of the work. It doesn’t pick up larger things, like bits of paper larger than a paper clip, but it picks up lots of cat hair, dust and such. I always use the extra suction mode. It’s important to get things on the floor out of the way, such as cords, backpack straps, cat toys. The vacuum doesn’t suck up the items, but any time it encounters an object, it stops and you hear a message, so I clear the area ahead of time so as not to waste charging power. Under bed cleaning is so easy now. The Alexa connection isn’t as seamless as I had hoped; I renamed the vacuum and have to shout at Alexa before she starts the vacuum, so I usually start it with the remote. It is gentle around table legs. I’ve noticed it travels repeated times over carpet as opposed to my hardwood floors, which I like. I wish I had bought this 6 months ago. If you are on the fence about buying, because of price, it will pay for itself in the amount of time you save not pulling out the dust mop or vacuum every other day. I still use those to clean my floor surfaces weekly, but my Tesvor does the rest. Still trying to coax my indifferent cat to ride it.

The media could not be loaded.  This robot vacuum higher than my expectation. I have compare this to my iRobot vacuum.(and previous own Neato). First the cost is a lot lower with full loads of features. The good about this vacuum is as follows, have two sweepers, suction power is good, the noise level is better. The route is in S line, which is great, act like a human being way of sweeping or vacuuming. This is same as Neato robot vacuum. Hate the iRobot random movement. Can be use with or without changing station. They both supported a WiFi smart function with app and voice commands with google home or amazon Alexa.The bad is same as others, will roll in some on floor charging cable, light weight rug and stuck.

We purchased it to replace another brand that stopped working. We should have spent more and gone back to that model. We can't turn it on and leave. Returns to charge sooner. It keeps getting stuck and stopping. In the hour it ran this morning it had to be restarted 5 times. The other model if it got in a corner, it just backed out and resumed vacuuming. Also it doesn't seem to pick up as much dirt. We have mostly hardwood floors with an area rug. The rug is low pile but the vacuum can't go on it, gets stuck. So we've stopped trying to use this vacuum on it. Kind of defeats the purpose of having it. A few times we've started it and within a few minutes it goes back to the base to charge. We have no idea why. In the long run, it was not a good purchase since we have to monitor it the whole time we are using it.I just changed from 2 to 1 star. It stopped working after 4 months. Constantly stops, spins wheels in place. Stops, saying it's jammed. Goes back to charging station after just a few minutes, or just stops where it is. Doesn't work even when we monitor it the whole time. A waste of money.
