The bottom hugs her butt in a way that it almost fits more like a swim short which is lovely to have the extra coverage. My 7 year old has worn it at least six times now and it’s washed well (on cold in a sweater bag, hang dry), and it’s kept it’s shape so far. VERY pleased!!
