Proanthocyanidins (PAC): 70mg per capsules, assessed according to the method of analysis of the European Pharmacopoeia, corresponds to 18mg by the DMAC method. Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening with a large glass of water. Drink abundantly throughout the day, at least a liter and a half of water.
