That night I went into work (I work retail) with it on my foot and wearing supportive sneakers (Brooks Ghost). Just barely over an hour there the ball of my foot was in a lot of pain; more than before this "orthotic". (That's the reason I bought this, was to help the pain I had been having recently in the ball of my foot.) It was terrible. By the time I was on my way home, the pain had subsided and the ball of my foot was fine. Unfortunately, there's no way I'm going to try this a second time to see if it MIGHT be better. The pain was too awful. The product comes with a business card asking to leave a 5 star review for this product, then email them to receive a $15 reward through PayPal. It makes me wonder about the good reviews for this. I only wish they were closed-toed because I got blisters on the tops of my toes from the friction of my shoes, no flaw with product, I guess I just need better designed shoes.
