I’ve just bought the Autobrite lance and the difference is immediately apparent. After a very quick play with the settings, I get the thick, clingy, shaving foam consistency I’d always hoped for.The small included bottle of magic foam dwells really well too. It was still there after 15 minutes whereas Pro Kleen foam is pretty much gone after 5 minutes. I'm not a car washing/detaling expert. I live in the sticks in Sweden and my Forester gets washed when absolutely necessary. It's constantly covered in pollen and dust wth a bit of mud and the occasion bird dirt.That said, I have JUST used the lance for the first time and am very happy. I followed the instructions on the website and the foam produced was literally like shaving foam! I left it maybe 10 minutes and then jet washed it off. Sure the car could do with hand washing, drying and then waxing for a showroom finish, but it doesn't live that kind of life.
