The company even sent us a second water heater with the same results. We installed it exactly to specifications. We have very low water pressure. We have our own well. Even with ONLY a shower running, we would get some warm water for just a couple minutes and that was it. After much research, several phone calls and some emails, we were able to contact someone who tried to help. We created and sent videos documenting exactly what was happening. Finally after MUCH time spent on our part, the company agreed to reimburse us for ½ of our original purchase price. And we just gave up getting any more help after that. This product probably works in situations where you have regular water pressure but not for our situation. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Seller has good support *by M***T on March 13, 2019* Shortly after install, I got constant beeping with an E2 error code, I contacted the seller and did troubleshooting of:pulling off the front, unplugging the power from the control board, then unplugging the temp sensors, then plugging them back in, then power back init stopped the beeping for a day, but the next day the E2 came back, so the seller sent me a new one, and so far so good! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Heats up water fast *by A***R on June 14, 2018* I installed in a small apartment with two sinks and a bath/shower. The water heater heats up water fast but I did have to adjust the water flow to fewer gallons per minute so that the water would come out hot in the shower.
