I hear a very audible difference in sound from before as stock to now with the cold air. Nothing else done and I love the sound. I'll update if and when I see any millage changes up or down and if I see any mph or tourq changes. Other than that, super easy installation about 30ish minutes and only one cut to the thumb. So I'd call that a win!
