What size should I get?** A: These shirts are a very nice blend of cotton and polyester so they have some stretch to them. I'm 6'3" and 220 and I have purchased a few of these shirts. I have a couple X-large and a few 2X. Depending on how you like the fit either one I think would work but the X-large would be best for you. This is just my opinion but I'm about 30 pounds heavier than you and the 2X has a looser fit on me. It might be too loose on you so I'd definitely purchase the X-large.
