The locket itself is great quality (the chain could be stronger but then again this is not an expensive product and you can always change the chain.). I had the company do the pictures which also came out very nice and they even provided extra copies precut into the heart shape and size which is very much appreciated. The engraving also came out beautiful. I had emailed the shop owner just to make sure that the engraving was done correctly and they were very responsive and it came out great! It also came in a nice jewelry box. Definitely recommend.
