Good quality.- Nice packaging and protection.Cons:- This cup is 8oz instead of 10oz. The title of this item is misleading.- The first two pictures show that it's a matte surface but it's not. The pictures are misleading.P.S.- I was looking for a large latte cup (10oz) to practice my latte art. This cup is only 8oz. I can still practice with this cup but a 10oz one is definitely better. For me it is a little too well insulated. I steam in the cup and I can't feel the milk heating up like I can in a thinner walled cup. That is the only thing I can fault with this cup.
