It's comfortable, doesn't leak, and has all the adjustable patterns you could want. We use it for washing our dogs in the bathtub. Our only complaint is that the water strength is not quite as strong as the nozzle it replaced. So, it takes a little longer to get the shampoo and conditioner out of their coats. Turned on the water tried to use the nozzles and they leaked everywhere. One was cracked and the other one did not seal around the spray adjustment.
