It arrived beautifully wrapped in heart shaped bubble wrap with a small cleaning brush and instructions for cleaning (wash in cool water so that the pebbles do not detach from the glue)...it's not as fragile as it sounds! This will go well in any beige or grey bathroom. It has padded feet which I thought might come away but after weeks of usage, they have stayed put.
