I really wanted to like this MP3 player. It has a really solid feel to it. It feels like an aluminum frame and the back panel is painted a piano black finish (shiny). It has a nice size screen and more important, the resolution is nice. Icons are easy to read and so is the menu navigation. I have a micro SD card with a bunch of music on it. I was able to load a micro SD card into the slot and it was read straight away with no issues. Literally plug and play easy.However, I was not able to get the FM radio to work. Most disappointing is the fact that neither would the Bluetooth. Using Bluetooth, I tried connecting to five different devices: two phones, my laptop, a Bluetooth speaker, and the car radio. It discovered none of them. I was able to get the phones and the portable speaker to talk to each other, in the same physical location as the player. So I know that there was not an interference issue.I did a factory reset on this player and still, the Bluetooth connectivity would not work.Bottom line, if Bluetooth connectivity is going to be a big deal for you, I hope that your receive a copy of this player where the Bluetooth does works. If it does, you will probably like this player a lot. There's a lot to like about it. But I would test its Bluetooth connection RIGHT AWAY, BEFORE you unpack all of the other accessories. That way, it is a super easy (guilt-free) return if it doesn't work. If the battery is low, use one of your own chargers.I'm glad I did it this way. The player went right back, without any fuss.

I just received this little MP3 player & after some difficulty, was able to pair it with my bluetooth speaker, Unfortunately, you have to pair it every time you use it. The manual that comes with it leaves much to be desired. The print is so tiny that I needed a magnifying glass to read it! Especially the page where it has the diagram of the controls! I really like the touch screen. I was able to put my SD card in (with some difficulty) & play the music that I had put on it. What I can't figure out is how to attach the neck rope. There are 2 tiny holes on the bottom But I am unable to get it in there. It also comes with something that resembles a paper clip with a point on the top. If this is to help you attach the neck rope, then it would be nice if they told you how! If anyone has had success, please tell me how you did it. Time will tell if this device is a keeper or to be sent back like a few others that I tried & hated or were defective.

. I will revisit my review after a month or so to update my experience.I initially gave this item a 1 star review when it locked up on me very soon after I had purchased it. I could not turn off the unit or get it " unfrozen" in any way. I came home and addressed the issue with Amazon and they sent me a new unit the very next day. I left the unit on and waited to see if once it used up the battery, would it then function correctly again. That is exactly what happened.I also received an email from the company telling me that I could rest the unit by inserting a pin into the small hole under the bottom of the unit. I was not aware of the reset hole and it is not mentioned in the instructions either. this is good to know- now.So I have two of these units now, I am going to keep the newest one, and pay for it by not sending the old unit in per refund rules.its a good unit and I may give it as a gift or keep it in my RV .I give this four stars because I think some improvement should be made in the instructions concerning the reset . other than that I enjoy the player and the customer care and attention is top notch.Months later- as I stated earlier , Amazon sent me a replacement immediately , but I got the original to work and it has since then. I kept the replacement and never opened it until this week when I decided to load my music and keep it in my Jeep. Well, its been a roaring disaster. I set it up and loaded my songs just like the other unit and it kept screwing up the individual files and the ones that weren't corrupted it decided to categorize them into a wide variety of musical genres on its own ,. it was crazy ! i couldn't find anything . I reset it several times , I reloaded and tried it but same problem I could not figure out how to get rid of these categories that my other unit never showed me. Its like they are two different players. I finally loaded a micro card and use it and it behaves as it should . this was a pain in the ass to deal with and the instructions are worthless. I can use them both now so I don't want to send one back but I would NEVER BUY ONE AGAIN !

This MP3 player is a beautiful little gadget. It looks sturdy and very well constructed. It is metal on its sides and one feel the heaviness of it. The screen resolution is great considering it is a low priced device and it is very responsive to the touch as well. Music and files are easy to download and they are very well presented on the screen. The audio quality is awesome too. The only minor detail is the lack of a visible home button but no biggie in my opinion. Will definitively recommend for those old school like me in need of offline music. Shipping was fast. As always, Amazon Rocks!!!.
