Iv never had a problem..... The reason I only give four stars is because the instructions on mixing the products is a bit tricky to work out if you are doing small casts like myself I just guessed and when it looked right started to cast ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent product - but only 450g of alginate *by D***M on 17 December 2018* Excellent product. Really in-depth, easy to follow instructions included. Highly recommend. We used a 2 pint plastic milk container cut in half. Alginate came straight out nee worries so brilliantly can use container again. We didn't use distilled water, we used warm tap water but we have super soft water here. We used about 150g of each the alginate and casting powder for one hand (little'un is 4 mths). Only snag I'd say is you don't get 500g of alginate as advertised, you only get 450g. So bit of mis advertising but otherwise excellent product. ### ⭐ Awful product, awful customer service *by P***E on 25 March 2019* The instructions are almost impossible to follow and contains spelling mistakes. I followed the instructions as best as I could however the product still ended up going in the bin. I emailed to ask for a refund but was declined as I was told it was my fault as I “attempted to use the instructions” that I found difficult to follow.
