### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Scientific Bottles!

I needed bottles to hold HCl for a 2 week extraction with centrifugation in order to run a trace metals analysis of anthrosols. These were perfect for my needs because the HDPE plastic is highly chemical resistant and the screw top prevents the evaporation of chemicals during the 2 week long extraction. The only disadvantage of these sample bottles is that they are not chemically clean, so it is necessary to put a stronger acid in them prior to the main extraction in order to leach them and not bias the results. Besides this, these bottles were the best price for the size, so they are super economical as well.

I needed sample bottles for oil based drilling fluids for analysis to compare the drilling fluid contents to pore fluid in core samples. These were the right size, unbreakable, and worked great, while being economical enough for the task. The sampling program was a success. The bottles seal very well (no leaks) and are unbreakable at relatively normal temperatures.
