I read a review that it was fake so I was worried. The original candle that I purchased happened to arrive in time so I was able to compare the two. They were exactly the same. They smelled exactly the same. They had the same box and they had the same wax. I ended up returning the candle from their website because it had leaked in the box. The desertcart one did too but not as bad. It’s probably best to buy these in store if you want to avoid that issue. The wax is very soft so melting/ sweating is going to happen but it’s not convenient when the wax is black. The pottery was beautiful and will make a nice bowl once you burn the entire candle.
