I returned the tan because, while they are the same listing and the same price, they are NOT the same jacket. The tan had only partial plaid lining inside, rather than the full lining on the authentic Baracuta. The zippers were different - and lower quality on the tan. Baracuta label was different. I could go on, and wish I had taken pictures of the jackets side by side before I returned the tan. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It has the classic lines that I always loved. In the late 60s and 70s, Peter jackets were THE jacket to have in high school. I could not afford one but wore something similar. I ordered and received my first original Baracuta G9. It has the classic lines that I always loved. These a cut a little slimmer than the ones I used to wear with a higher armhole- so I moved up from a 42 to a 44. It has excellent workmanship and detailing. I like the fact that the inner lining is made of Coolmax, which will allow for quick drying and ventilation. It is a very versatile jacket and my go-to about 85-90% of the time. So it is a good investment- having a quality jacket that meets my esthetic tastes and needs. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great quality classic jacket with sizing problems... *by S***K on Reviewed in the United States on August 17, 2020* OK. Firstly, let me say that this is a great quality jacket. No - its not THE best quality jacket out there but it is way above most you will find on the high street. Think Barbour quality and you wouldn't be too far off the mark. I was very pleased with the cut and the finish. Spare buttons are also included.Apparently Baracuta is now owned by an Italian company and the quality has dropped off the since it was taken over. However, the English and Italians know their way around a sewing machine so it didn't matter to me.Sizes - very confusing. I'm not sure what sizes are used here on Amazons site - English, Italian or American but it was very hard for me to determine the correct size jacket for my body type. I ended up returning the first two as they were too small and finally settled on a size 46. I must say full credit to Amazon and the store selling these as I was credited each time within a few hours of dropping it off at UPS (free return shipping). No fuss. No problems. Couldn't be easier.OK. I am 5' 11" and 190lbs. Not athletic build or over weight. No strange proportions with shoulders, arms, torso etc. Just a pretty regular - if a bit Dad'ish - type bod. Should maybe do a few more sit ups rather than have that extra beer but hey ho...Anyway, I couldn't get a proper handle on the sizes (is there a size chart somewhere.?) so started with a 40. Forget it - I couldn't even get my shoulders in. Sent back for a 44. Lots better but slightly tight when I exhaled. Sent that back for a 46 which - for me fits perfectly. Definitely go for a bigger size then you think you are!All in all, I'm happy with my purchase and how it went.
