First I tried the "Sojoy Car Seat Cushion Wedge Driving Cushion" but it was too thick and made me too tall in the car (I'm 5'6"). I realized I just needed something at the back of the seat to flatten it out a bit so got this Big Hippo (unfortunate naming!). It stays put by threading those circles through the seat's crack. It is maybe slightly thin but worked great for relieving the front pressure on my legs about 2 years but now seems to have lost some of its "loft" so I am just buying another one to replace it. I may see if I can stack them if the new one alone doesn't do the trick.
