I ordered the Xmas special edition and got one with reverse colours, but after using it, I decided to keep it rather than go through the hassle of returning it.Easily the best grinder I've ever owned, well worth the price.

I bought a Thorinder grinder many years again, I loved the design and the way it felt in your hand made grinding easy but this is nothing like mine non like the pictures, fair play it was here 2 days after order 2/5 for me

The seller is not responsive or any helpful for any issues you have with the parcel. While they brag about DHL fast delivery, it takes too long to wrap and dispatch the item.Tried cancellation because it wouldn't be on time for my needs (birthday present), everything was spot on for cancellation, seeing in my app that the order wasn't even processed yet, and the item not dispatched. They sent it anyway and took the money out with very little response trying to solve the issue. Asked for a return label with no costs for me, so I could return it using the local post office... They didn't send it.The product arrived and by chance a friend of mine knew about the story and kept it anyway...Tbh the thorinder grinder is not as good as it looks on paper. Small teeth that will break in case of ruff grinding with bigger and tougher flowers, the clear top comes with instructions stating to not clean it with alcohol cause will damage it, which sounds bad cause everyone clens grinders with alcohol (or at least I do.. grinders, bongs, pipes etc...). The alloy feels cheap and is very slippery, the 3rd chamber that holds the Kiera has straight edges, and for the price it should be round edges so you collect the kief with no problem. Looks good and premium, but not worth the 45 pounds. Bought a 25£ masterdam grinder with better cost/value.
