I like the gfJules one, but this one is less expensive.** A: When I was first diagnosed with Celiac in 2007, I heard of Jules and ordered it. I gradually tried other gf flour mixes, and this is just my opinion. Jules & Better Batter bake up about the same, but to me both are more gritty than others. I therefore use Cup4Cup almost exclusively. Less gritty, always bakes up reliably, and fairly easy to find locally.
