It is very thick, so she can get a lot of bounce and height to try new skills. We bought the shorter one and I would say it’s just enough space for a standing back handspring or two back walkovers. The quality is good! And it is very easy to use. The pump comes with it and can be blown up in about a minute! This was the perfect backyard addition! The kids use it almost every day!

Daughter has been using this for in-home training and classes for about a year. Still in perfect shape. Inflates quickly (about 2 minutes with electric pump) which comes with the mat. The push button valve (to lock in the air after inflation) means you don’t have to race to screw on the pump closure and risk losing air. It is very firm, durable, high quality, and well made. Have used this indoors and outdoors. Cleans up easily; just wipe down. No tears or discoloration after one year of use. I have left this inflated in a game room for a month and it did not lose any air. Used this as a sleepover bed for kids a couple times as well! When fully deflated, it folds up (or rolls up) flat for storage.
