This book contains much helpful information not only recipes. I love that it’s so affordable. I’ve recommended it to many friends. I’m trying new foods and eating in a way that has improved my health. My family loved the chicken with goji berries and jujube dates. Also the kale and white bean soup. Great work, Stacey! Glad you decided to make food as medicine your career.

Really enjoyed the book and a most the recipes are fairly simple and ingredients range pretty well so it shouldn’t be too hard to apply for picky eaters. The only thing I would say that would have been an improvement is more pictures of what the dishes look like just for reference. Great book and I’m excited to try more of its recipes so far everything I’ve made has been pleasant tasting and makes my body feel good.
