It is about 20 points off.the only thing good about it does give you the steps per day. The time on it is right. Other than thatit is more of a watch then a fitness tracker. The band was easy to adjust to my wrist.After I downloaded the app I needed too reboot my phone and then it would sync with the watch.It will not show my texts or calls. Very disappointing since this was one of the reasons I got it. Not sure if it matters that I have an android phone.The battery lasts about 2.5 days and when it starts to die it dies pretty quickly.
