These are a deoderizer they have a powder in them. They are mentioned to take the mosture and smell out of your gloves. **Q: Do you put them inside glove as soon as ur done working out (when they're sweaty - wet), or are you suppose to let gloves dry out first??** A: I've tried putting them inside when the gloves are still wet and also putting them in after the gloves are dry; I prefer the latter.
