I did feel the muscles activated differently, dropped 10lbs on my normal workout weights, first 3 reps I thought to myself I really shouldn't have started at a lower weight but at rep 10, that was it... my biceps refused to do anymore ### ⭐⭐⭐ too short (only 4 inches) *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on August 12, 2020* These are only 4 inches and thus don't fully cover the length of the dumbbell bar. Others I have are 5 inches and do fully cover the dumbbell bar. I don't like the shorter length because it allows for some slight slippage.
