Used it to replace a horrible old tub drain that was eaten up by chemicals and was a bear to remove, worst one ever. This went in nicely to a 15yr old fiberglass surround tub. It did not require any adjustment. The customer did not realize the drain top sits up about 1/2" once it is depressed (closed position).
