It's too bad that quality didn't extend to the rest of the product because it had the potential to be really nice. I wasn't expecting heaven itself, but this seems like a straight up bait and switch. First, there is not a soft side part as was pictured in the product photo. Mine has a very hard, stiff part in the middle that I could not restyle. The hairline is way too far back. The cap fit was too big; even setting it to the tightest option left one or both of my ears completely covered. The hair itself was also so thick that even after thinning out a TON of hair, it still makes my head look like a Lego figurine.
