I have a bunch of hummingbirds that come to my feeder now, and it's so lovely to see these large-bug-sized creatures twitter around the feeder, and occasionally be jerks to other hummingbirds when they're being territorial about the feeder. Ahh, nature.....I was having an issue with the rubber gasket; after maybe 8-9 months of use? It would start leaking sugar water everywhere.....aaaaand I just read other reviews and saw that a lot of other customers have been having the same issue. So I guess I'm not special after all. Hmph.Well, anyway, I reached out to customer service and asked if I could get a replacement bottom for my feeder, and lo and behold! They said they would ship one out to me.Two months later, the bottom started leaking again, and I realized I never got the replacement! So I reached back out to customer service and they said "hey, yo, here's proof we had one delivered to your house two months ago" and I was all "welllll I didn't get it so may be it got picked up by porchpiratescouldihaveanotheroneprettyplease?" and they were all "yeah sure okay" and I had a shiny new bottom to my feeder two days later.So, I guess maybe the quality isn't the best with the rubber gasket or something?
