Currently I'm about 175 lbs. I purchased the Breeze Lagoon in an extra large. What I was looking for was a shirt that was longer than my other rash guard so it would not pull up constantly. This shirt has a nice length to it. The material is a wee bit thinner or lighter weight than what I have had in the past but I'll be wearing it with a swim suit while chilaxing in the pool so not a big problem. The material around the neck is a little tight but I think it's more a me thing since it sits higher than a typical shirt. I'm happy with the fact if I raise my hands in the air (ya never know when you'll have to signal a touchdown) the shirt doesn't ride up amd show my belly.
