The sleeves fit well with my feet so there's no sliding. The gel pads are also thick enough to provide great comfort for my feet. I'll give this a couple of weeks to see if it soothes my pain. I ordered these in hopes that it would help, and they have so far. I wear a size 8 in women’s shoes and they fit pretty well, although they do feel like they’re squeezing my feet a bit but I’d rather deal with that than the regular foot pain. The pad feels like a gel cushion and while I wish it was placed a little higher on the foot, they still work out fine. I’m glad the box came with two pairs, also. It ended up being an overall great deal in my opinion. I wore them today from 4am until 9:30pm and I can gratefully say I have no foot pain:)EDIT: I’ve had these for a few weeks now and the only complaint I have is that the elastic in the seams starts to wear down fairly quickly and that becomes irritating on my feet. These didn’t work for me because they dug into my foot. They ended up causing separate pain from that which I got them for. If you have narrow feet and skinny toes they’ll work great.
