It is harder to get him due to the zips so my tip is zip up part of the way first before attempting boarding. Very comfortable as a shoulder carrier and I can snuggle him through it. He seemed much calmer in it even when I was walking. He is a small cat so fits good but make sure you allow enough room for larger cats. I always put a towel and a puppy pad in anyway in case of accidents. it is small tho. My little 3 kg cat fits it but only just and it would not be any good for a long journey. I have a much bigger cat who will not fit it at all. I only got it for quick vet trips so it will do the job for that.
