Filled with ice and water and working in the attic. Condensation from the very get go. Contacted Raptor through Amazon and informed them of my issue. They were very surprised, saying this is the first time it happened. They quickly reversed the charges without hesitation. I really liked the design, their prompt response and customer service, had me believing that they were most worthy of another shot. So, I ordered another one. I just received the Army Green one today (Raptor 2.0) and loaded it up with lots of ice and water. As you can clearly see in the 2nd and 3rd photos, that there is no condensation on the outside. Water remains cold and I'm a happy customer. Thank you to the staff at Raptor for your excellent customer service. Somehow magically the water inside is always fresh and cool, and for that reason I rave to EVERYBODY about it and have increased my water intake tenfold.I liked it so much that I bought one for my dad.
