But it's not bad at all. I thought maybe the plastic lining or seems would be annoying, I am very sensitive to touch, but the entire thing is very soft AND comfortable. However, it is NOT "easy to inflate". I'm not entirely sure if I did it right or not, but blowing it up took MANY breaths, not just a few like they claim. & the mouth piece is huge, not like blowing up a balloon, it was more like trying to put your mouth around a garden hose. I felt kind of stupid trying to blow it up & it taking several attempts to get it right. Good thing I was sitting down because it took so many deep breaths to inflate it. I'll feel even more stupid if I find out that there's a much easier way to inflate it than the way I did it. But if I did it right, that whole process should definitely be improved. Once inflated, it's great! Comfortable & easy to use. The eye mask isn't so comfortable, though. Deflating is the pits too. It took me way too long to get all the air out & rolled up tight enough to fit in the case that comes with it. It does have some flaws, but I still like it & glad I got it.
