Review: Favorite piece of equipment - I purchased this and set it in my living room to help me improve my balance. If I am deciding to watch TV or play on my cell phone for an extended period I have to spend it on this thing. I love it. Great way to easily add a quick small muscle work out in throughout the day. Sit and work on posture or stand on one foot and fatigue your balance muscles. Anchor points provided and I have a 40lb resistance band I replaced the ones it came with. Has helped me increase my strength through targeting stabilization. Really great product. The pump provided inflates it just fine but you have to be direct with what you are doing. My wife found it tricky, I found it simple enough to get to a good pressure. The material all seems of good quality and built for durability. Claims to withstand 600+ lbs. It is doing a great job with 200+!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great ball! But the resistance bands however...

Love it! I’ve wanted one for a while because all of my trainers have always used these when getting me in shape. My one complaint is the straps. The straps are a awkward length so it makes it hard to do the exercises needed while on the ball. I’ll have to buy separate straps to be able to connect to the ball do arm exercises. But at least it has hooks to so you can buy other bands and hook them on. But love the ball, the durability is great, extremely easy to blow up and set up. Comes with a air pump.
