We recommend adding it to food or drinks or for a nursing baby onto the nipple.Although it is an oil, one drop should not make the drink or food oily. I take the Vitamin D myself and have 8 drops, which to be honest would leave a bit of an oily residue on a drink, but I just drop it onto my hand and lick it off.
