I would like to rate customer service 6 out of 5. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A great tube, but the product doesn't reflect the description on the box! *by N***S on August 12, 2019* Updated review as of 10/28/2019: it's unfortunate that I can't split the rating between the seller and the manufacturer of the product. The customer service from the seller has be fantastic. They obviously take pride in their operation and customer satisfaction is a top priority = 5 stars. I did receive replacement tubes with removable cores and they worked as expected; great value for sure. However, the packaging is still messed up. My first order was labeled "removable" but the actual product was fixed. The replacement order was labeled "fixed" but the actual product was removable... Original review: The tubes came in perfect condition, except that they did not have removable cores, which was the main reason I bought them. The tubes had solid seals around the valve and all the seams looked durable as well. If you don't need removable cores, these are a great option for you given the quality of the construction and the cost. These could have worked for me if the value stem was about 10mm longer to get past my Jet+ 4 wheels. As it is, I'll have to return them and try again.
