My thigh measurement is 13".** A: The velcro strap fits a wide measurement. My thigh is 15 and I had to tighten it . **Q: Does this look bulky when worn under slim fitting pants?** A: This is a large bulky brace. I have worn it under pants but not tight ones. I prefer to wear it outside my pants so I can easily adjust it as needed. I have issues with knee braces staying in place, especially when active . This stays in place better than anything I’ve used before but after awhile I will still need to adjust it. This has been the most helpful brace for my knee pain, where any twisting really gets my knee to complain. It’s a big bulky thing though. You are not going to wear it without it being noticed one way or the other. I don’t care if others see this monster on my knee. It beats limping. **Q: Can this be used for cycling or has anybody tried it while cycling?** A: Yes it can be used for almost any physical activity. I used it after my ACL surgery recovery.
