**Q: In terms of mm, how large is the hole in the skull?**
A: I wanted to use it with paracord.  It's a tight fit but works. Paracord is 3/32" diameter...that equals out to 2.38 mm. Hope that helps!

**Q: will these beads fit on a toothpick?**
A: Yes. You may have to glue them on there to make sure they stay where you want them, but they'll definitely fit
