The packaging was very clean and had a nice, almost fancy feel right out of the box. Installation was straightforward and easy, even for someone who doesn’t install faucets all the time. Everything fit well and there have been no leaks at all. The pull-down spray works great and feels solid. The only downside is that it doesn’t include a cover plate if you have a sink with three holes, so that’s something to keep in mind.
