I am always disappointed to get a raw or vegan book that has no pictures.  Raw and vegan food preparation is beautiful and this book had not pictures.  Not to mention, it had very few recipes.  It was just a let down.

I found another version of carrot cake and it is raw carrot cake. This book is very amazing; all the recipes are easy to prepare pack with all its nutritious and healthy benefits.  This is a good opportunity for me because my vegan friends are planning to visit me, so I may surprise them with carrot cake.
